3653331 - Picking WT creation fails when HU has an open WT to pick point

Symptom

Picking Warehouse Task (WT) creation fails when the source Handling Unit (HU) has an open WT to the Pick Point in a Layout-Oriented Storage Control (LOSC) scenario.

The issue happens if multiple pick WTs are being created with the same source HU, when the HU is being moved to the Pick Point in the same LUW.

The error raised is:

"System could not determine source storage bin
Message No. /SCWM/L3008"
