Symptom

Purchase order linked to the project is not displayed in the tab 'Purchase Order items' in the app 'Project Control - Professional Service Projects'.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to a project using the 'Project Control - Professional Services' app.
  2. Select a 'Project' from the list.
  3. Open the 'Purchasing' tab.
  4. Observe that the purchase order data is missing.

Cause

The account assignment category of the Purchase order is wrong.

Resolution

The app 'Project Control - Professional Service Projects' is designed to display purchase orders with account assignment category 'P'.
