3653439 - Warning "The net amount from the simulation differs from the extracted net amount" in the "Create Sales Orders - Automatic Extraction" App

After uploading the file to the "Create Sales Orders - Automatic Extraction" app, the sales order request displays a warning: "The net amount from the simulation differs from the extracted net amount".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the the "Create Sales Orders - Automatic Extraction" app.
2. Click the "Upload File" button.
3. Upload a file.
4. Click "Simulate Creation" button.
5. Pop up warning message "The net amount from the simulation differs from the extracted net amount".

The net amount from the simulation and the extracted net amount are often inherently inconsistent with each other.

• In the simulation, the price is calculated based on the pricing procedure configured in the system.
• The price on the customer purchase order file is usually the customer's expected price, but this might not always be the accepted price.
