• Information was requested on scheduling SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reports to a file server path.
• Direct scheduling of SAC story reports in CSV format to a file server or FTP server is not supported natively.

1. Direct scheduling of SAC story reports in CSV format to a file server or FTP server is not supported natively.
2. Alternative solutions include:

• File Server Integration:

Configure file server integration with SAC using SAP Cloud Connector and the Data Export Service Agent.

Once integrated, scheduling model data export to a file server in CSV format becomes available.

• Story Scheduling to Email:

SAC supports scheduling story output in PDF format to be sent to an email address.

The email address can be linked to SharePoint or OneDrive.

• An enhancement request is open for scheduling reports to file or FTP servers. Refer to the improvement request link to vote for this feature:
