3653614 - Special case of wrong withholding percentage when updating infotype 0062

Symptom

An employee has very little changes to their taxable income but enough to modify the taxable base without implying a change in the withholding percentage, so that several infotype 0062 records in a row have the same percentage.

In such scenario, one the following symptoms during tax estimation or fiscal data update occur:

a) Program 'Calculation annual taxable income' (RPIGA0E0) calculates a different withholding percentage with respect to the previous estimation in the same period, even though all incomes are the same.

b) Infotype '0062 - Fiscal Data S' is updated with an incorrect percentage after executing the batch input even though the withholding percentage estimation during the execution of RPIGA0E0 is correct compared to that returned by AEAT's application.
