Configuration for an additional or custom partner function under the Contact Person tab.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the 'Maintain Business Partner'.
2. Open the Business Partner (BP).
3. Navigate to the Relationships tab.
4. Select the BP under the Overview tab and double-click on it.
5. Navigate to General Data.
6. Under the Contact Person tab, locate the Function field.

Follow below steps for configuring Custom Function of Partner in Manage Your Solution app:

1. Open 'Manage Your Solution' app.
2. Navigate to 'Configure Your Solution'.
3. Choose configuration activity '103028 -Define Functions for Contact Person'.
4. Select configure and add the new entries.
5. Save the changes.

Incase while using SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) :

1. Log on to the project experience in SAP Central Business Configuration.
2. Select the relevant project.
3. Navigate to the configurations activity tab. 
4. Search for the configuration activity '103028 -Define Functions for Contact Person '.
5. Select the configuration activity to navigate directly to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
6. Select configure and add the new entries.
7. Save the changes.

Note : For custom functions, the description will be missing in other languages and is only available in English.
