Symptom

  • Subscription status remains as "Pending" for some subscriptions even after the user confirms the Double Opt-in (DOI) email link.
  • The issue occurs when a user registers on two different websites with the same email address, subscribes to multiple subscriptions, and confirms the DOI link from the second email.
  • The user never confirms the DOI link from the first email.
  • Only the subscription associated with the second registration changes to "Opted-In," while others remain "Pending."
