3653744 - "Workflow overview" screen too small in FLP ( WebGUI ). Dialog box with missing text after SAP Kernel update

• When opening a business object related to a workflow and in the Services for Object menu clicking on the "Workflow overview", the screen is too small and is not possible to resize it;
• A popup appears with what appears to be no text inside, for example after completing a decision step in a workflow, or when trying to view agents assigned to a work item in SWI1
• The issue only occurs in WebGUI (accessed directly or through Fiori) and not in SAP GUI;
• A SAP Kernel upgrade was performed prior to the issue first starting to occur.
