3653756 - Save as button disabled in adapt ui mode for creating app variants in sap s/4hana

Symptom

  • The "Save As" button is visible but disabled in Adapt UI mode when attempting to create an app variant.
  • The "Save As" button remains disabled under the following scenarios:
    • Opening an original app version.
    • Modifying the original app to create a draft version.
    • Publishing the draft version..
  • HTTP request to `/sap/bc/ui2/app_index` fails with a 403 error.
