Symptom

When opening app Post Goods Receipt for Purchasing Document, the 'Scan' button is not appearing in the app.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Execute app Post Goods Receipt for Purchasing Document (F0843).
  2. The Scan button is not available.

Cause

Customizing issue.

Resolution

To enable the Scan button in this app, please enable the option 'Enable Scanning' as below:

  1. Go to "Scanner Settings" in the user profile
  2. Mark the check box "Enable Scanning"
