3654015 - Edge HTML control: issue occurs(user locked or Service cannot be reached error) when click on a button in SAPGUI to access web page

• In SAP GUI for Windows Edge HTML control, when click on a button in SAPGUI to access web page, user is locked and Error message is displayed: "Bank account <Account description> is being edited by <same user>". 
  In Japanese, the error is "銀行口座 xxx が yyy によって編集されています". 
• A blank page ("about:blank") is displayed alongside the intended web page.
• In SAP GUI for Windows Edge HTML control, when click on a button in SAPGUI to access web page, a different error may occur, for example:

Service cannot be reached
What has happened?
URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
   
Note
The termination occurred in system with error code 400 and for the reason Session not found. 

What can I do?
Select a valid URL.
