3654052 - No Goal or Competency list available in OCOC summary - Latest Experience of Performance Forms

When the Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms is enabled, there is no Goal or Competency list with ratings in OCOC (Objective and Competency) summary.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Set the form template to have OCOC summary section, but no section calculated rating ("show-calculated-section-rating="false") enabled.
2. Launch the performance form with OCOC summary section.
3. Complete the form, giving ratings for goal and competencies, click Save.
4. Scroll down to OCOC Summary section.
5. Observe that there is no popover to select an overall section rating to see the Goal or Competency list with ratings per the guide Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms. 

The setting "show-calculated-section-rating="false" prevents the display of section calculated ratings in the OCOC summary, when the Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms is enabled.

Per the guide Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms, the popover to see the Goal or Competency list with ratings, will appear upon clicking the section calculated ratings in the OCOC summary. 

This behaviour is per the current Latest forms design, please update the form template settings by changing "show-calculated-section-rating="false" to "true" or in Manage templates enable the check box "Display calculated section rating" under the "Display section in summary" option.
