Symptom

When using Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Connectivity Tool to test an outbound connection from SAP Managed Gateway Portal to my server, results in the below error. Managed Gateway for Spend&Network unable to connect to your server as it responded with an Error: No Request-Response code provided for the Request by the target system to Managed Gateway for Spend&Network client.
