3654091 - Workflow Push Notification not appearing in Fiori launchpad

Symptom

  • Workflow push notifications are not working as expected
  • No bell notification is showing up in Fiori launchpad
  • In SM37, scheduler job SAP_WORKFLOW_SYSTEM is running. In its job log "No authorization for operation 'Execute' of group 'ADMIN' (SWF_UTL001)" can be found.
  • Push Notification Generated and Push Notification registered can be seen in the work item log in SWI1
