Symptom

Maximum Number of PDF that can be downloaded from Related Attachments Monitor

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Survey work center. 
  2. Open Related Attachments  work center view.
  3. Enter any survey ID or survey name.
  4. Click on "Go".
  5. Select the images and click on "Generate PDF."
  6. Go to work center view "Related Attachment Monitor".
  7. Select multiple attachments.
  8. Attachments cannot be downloaded.
  9. What is the maximum number of attachments which can be downloaded.

Cause

  • The application encounters a crash due to limitations in handling multiple attachments simultaneously.

Resolution

  1. Users are allowed to select up to 100 attachments.
  2. If the selection exceeds 100 attachments, the "Generate PDF" action will be disabled in the user interface.
