3654197 - Bdoc Error: "COM_PRODUCT 805: BP has the status 'Locked'" during CRM and ERP replication when business partner is marked for deletion

Symptom

  • In ERP, when using transaction IQ09, to change an equipment where a maintained business partner is already marked for deletion.
  • No warning appears in ERP (transaction IQ09) when a business partner marked for deletion is maintained in equipment master data.
  • In CRM upon change of an equipment on ERP, the Bdoc Error message "COM_PRODUCT 805: BP has the status 'Locked'" is displayed during CRM Middleware replication.
