Symptom

  • When trying to log in to the Signavio TDD (Test, Demo, Development) Workspace, access fails.
  • The following message is displayed: “This workspace is disabled. Please contact us at Signavio Support.”
  • The user cannot proceed past the login page and cannot access any TDD content.
