Symptom
- When trying to log in to the Signavio TDD (Test, Demo, Development) Workspace, access fails.
- The following message is displayed: “This workspace is disabled. Please contact us at Signavio Support.”
- The user cannot proceed past the login page and cannot access any TDD content.
Resolution
- Contact your assigned Account Executive (AE) to review the entitlement status for your organization.
- The AE will submit an IT Sales Direct ticket to SAP to investigate the entitlement configuration and restore access if applicable.
Note: This issue cannot be resolved directly through SAP Signavio Support, as entitlement management must be handled by the sales operations process.
