3654269 - Container [developmentserver] was not started - error in SUM Deploy Software Components Step

Symptom

During the system upgrade process, you encounter the following error at the SUM Deploy Software Components step:

  • Detailed message: 1. Cannot [update] application [<APPLICATION>].
                     → Container [developmentserver] was not started.
     The reason is: The service that provides this container is DISABLED

  • Could not update components. Deployment of queue Queue_ yyyy.mm.dd at [time] completed with error Deployment finished with error.
