3654295 - Unable to save changes in Permission Groups in SAP SuccessFactors

• While editing role-based permission (RBP) groups at the 'Manage Permission Group' page, changes are not being saved.
• Clicking the "Finished" button results in the page remaining unchanged without further loading.
• The issue occurs 'randomly' in some RBP groups.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. At your SF instance
2. Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Groups
3. Search for the desired group 
4. Open the group and select any entry to edit
5. Search for the user you wish and delete them
6. Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and click "Finished"
7. Observe that the page does not load further

Empty user fields in the permission group prevent changes from being saved. The error messages are displayed below each empty field instead of a general error message pop-up.

1. Delete any empty fields present in the permission groups.
2. Perform the required changes, such as adding or removing users, and save the changes.
