3654297 - Publish Filter fields not available to select on EC Settings within Total Compensation Template

Symptom

The "Field to Control User Publish" in the Publish Settings section has no fields to choose from.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Compensation Home
  2. Open Template
  3. Plan Setup
  4. Go to Settings
  5. Employee Central Settings. 
  6. Notice under the Publish Settings, there are no fields to select from next to the ‘Field to control user publish:’ label.

Permission Issue

Resolution

Ensure that the "Manage Variable Pay Settings"permission is assigned.
