Candidate has completed the I-9 and also I-9 Reverification previously, but the Reverification has not triggered anymore.

Candidate's I-9 status is "A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES"

For candidates with status as "A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES", I-9 Reverification will not trigger. US citizens and non-citizen nationals never need reverification.
