3654304 - SUM fails in MAIN_NEWBAS/STARTSAP_NBAS - Dispatcher turns gray and stops due to SSFS usage in MS SQL Server

Symptom

While running SUM, the dispatcher turns gray and stop, and the process is terminated. The following error appears in dev_wx

    B  *** ERROR => read_ssfs_record(): RSecSSFsGetRecord(DB_CONNECT/DEFAULT_DB_USER)=1 : SSFS-4218: Record with key "DB_CONNECT/DEFAULT_DB_USER" not found in secure storage <-- SSFS-4215: Data file "D:\usr\sap\SID\SYS\global\security\rsecssfs\data\SSFS_SLM.DAT" exists, but does not contain the requested entry
