Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the instance.
  2. Navigate to Position org chart and open any position.
  3. Check what are the 2 values displayed under FTE section (highlighted in below screenshot).

Resolution

The 2 values displayed are the FTE values in job information and target FTE value of position respectively i.e. The value on the left displays the sum of Job Information FTEs of all the incumbents assigned to that position and the value to the right is the value of the targetFTE field in position.
