3654310 - Authorization issue when accessing the SSCUI Define Balance Validation Tasks

Authorization issue encountered when attempting to open the "Define Balance Validation Tasks" configuration.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Possible reason 1:  catalogs SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_SD4_PC and SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_SD1_PC are missing 

Possible reason 2: Catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_BV0_PC is missing for the role.

1. Verify that the business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_BV0_PC is assigned to the user under the BR_BPC_EXPERT role or a similar role.
2. Ensure that "Write Access" is granted as "Unrestricted" to the BR_BPC_EXPERT role or the equivalent role.
3. If the business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_BV0_PC is not available despite activating the relevant scope item (1SG), refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 3577657 How to finish Group Reporting New Balance Validation Setup for instructions on completing the setup for Group Reporting New Balance Validation.
