3654334 - "Benefit Dependent Eligibility Change" tracker not being created after Dependent DOB change - Employee Central

Dependent Enrollment Status is not being changed in the employee's enrollment when the DOB is changed after the enrollment.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Current DOB existing on the Dependents Portlet make the dependent eligible;
2. Enroll the employee with the eligible dependents in an insurance;
3. The enrollment is correctly created and the trackers are created for the future with the ineligibility date as expected. 

Go to the employee's profile and change the DOB of the dependent, making them ineligible.

1. Create the "Evaluate Eligibility Based on Benefit Master Data Change" with the evaluation scenario "Determine Ineligibility Date for enrolled Dependent" for the employee;
2. Job will not fetch the employee, therefore the enrollment will not be updated. 
3. Run the "Create or Update Benefit Enrollments for Employee Master Data Changes";
4. Job will fetch the employee, but will consider the record as "no change" needed.

Note: This happens both when the new DOB would make the dependent not eligible since the first enrollment or if the new DOB makes the dependent not eligible in the future.

This is currently expected behavior. If the Date of Birth is changed in Dependents Portlet after the enrollment was created, the enrollment record will not be updated, as the DOB data needs to be validates before the enrollment itself. 

In case the DOB is changed after the enrollment, the customer can update the Dependent's information manually in the enrollment record first (by reselecting the dependents and saving them again), or update it through imports. Once that is done, the job "Evaluate Eligibility Based on Benefit Master Data Change" should be run with the evaluation scenario "Determine Ineligibility Date for enrolled Dependent" for the employee.

This should create trackers as per the new date.
