3654373 - G/L Account External ID cannot be removed/added in Trial Balance

Can't find filter for G/L Account External ID in the "Rows" section of the Trial Balance app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Indeed the Display G/L Account ID field is not available, that is because fields G/L Account and G/L Account ID are linked.

To change the way they are displayed you can follow the steps below:

1. Right-click on the G/L Account field.
2. Go to Drilldown > Add Attribute.
3. Select G/L Acc External ID and click "Ok".

Notice that for all 3 methods, "G/L Account" field must be selected.
