3654387 - Services card shows "Not support" in SAP HANA Cockpit

In SAP HANA Cockpit, when adding its own database (SYSTEMDB) and opening the "Services" tile under the Database Overview, the status displays "Not Support" as shown below. 


Upon opening the tile, it shows "Cannot load data" as shown below. 

• Attempts to log in to SYSTEMDB using the SYSTEM user, it results in the same symptom. 
  
  
• Assigning privileges as per the Authorizations Needed for Monitoring and Administration guide, it reveals that the following system views do not exist at the database level:

  _SYS_STATISTICS.STATISTICS_SCHEDULE
  _SYS_STATISTICS.HELPER_ALERT_CHECK_INACTIVE_SERVICES_AGE 

• The cockpit-hdb-svc.log (collected as per KBA 3159911) shows the following error messages:
