3654395 - How to Hide Tiles Under Quick Action for Onboardees - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Unable to hide tiles (View Company Documents, Volunteering Record, etc.) under quick action for onboardees.
  • Still visible despite attempts to modify visibility settings for tiles under quick action.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Admin Center.
  2. Select "Manage Home Page".
  3. Locate the "Quick Actions" section.
  4. Attempt to hide tiles such as "View Company Documents" and "Volunteering Record".
  5. Observe that the tiles remain visible despite changes made to the "Enabled" switch settings.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Admin Center and select "Manage Home Page".
  2. Go to the "Quick Actions" section.
  3. For each quick action, adjust the "Enabled" switch:
    • To show the tile for users with appropriate permissions, set the "Enabled" switch to "On".
    • To hide the tile for all users, set the "Enabled" switch to "Off".
  4. Save changes.

However, MDF and Target User Permissions are currently not supported today for all quick actions.
