3654412 - Blank Page Appears When Accessing New Hire Tasks Card or Tile - Onboarding

Onboarding tasks that needs to be completed are not visible in the onboarding dashboard for a user but appear on the home page tile under Administrative Tasks but doesn't show anything when opened

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to the home page.
2. Click on the new hire task card
3. Observe that a blank page is displayed when opened instead of the task details.

The issue occurs when the onboarding task is associated with a user who has already been hired. Once a user transitions to an active status, uncompleted onboarding tasks become inaccessible such as new hire tasks

• Identify the stalled onboarding tasks associated with the hired user.
