Joule is not available for onboarding external users.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as onboarding external user
  2. Joule is not available

Cause

Expected behavior.

Resolution

Joule is not supported for onboarding external user. 

Only the internal employees can use Joule to complete the external user tasks.
