3654521 - WBS Element field not visible in maintenance order application - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• WBS element field disappears while creating a maintenance order in app Create Maintenance Order.
• The issue occurs only for a specific user.
• No authorization issues were identified, and roles are consistent between the Quality and Production systems.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app Create Maintenance Order.
2. Fill in necessary data to create new maintenance order.
3. Navigate to the "Organizational Data" tab.
4. Observe that the WBS element field is not visible.
5. Issue occurs only for a specific user.

The WBS element field have been hidden by the user through user-specific settings.

1. Right-click on the location where the WBS element field is expected to appear.
2. Select "User Settings" from the context menu.
3. Check if the option "Invisible Elements" exists.
4. If the "Invisible Elements" option is available, click on it.
5. In the pop-up window, locate the "Hidden Screen Elements" section.
6. Click "Restore Grouping of UI Elements 'WBS Element'".
7. Verify that the WBS element field is now visible.
