3654522 - Changes to enterprise project names on WBS Elements not synchronized with Concur system

Symptom

Changes to the enterprise project name on the WBS Element are not being synchronized with the Concur system.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure the integration between SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Concur to transport cost centers and WBS Elements.
  2. Create a new enterprise project and confirm that automatic export synchronizes the project name with Concur.
  3. Rename the enterprise project name on the WBS Element.
  4. Observe that the updated name is not synchronized with Concur.

Cause

The functionality is now available with S/4 HANA Public Cloud 2508.  There is a manual activity required for customers started using the Project WBS element automatic export before S/4 HANA Public Cloud 2508.

Resolution

  1. Start App: Concur Integration Setup -> Project WBS-Element -> Change Export -> Navigate to the screen for “Automatic Export”.
  2. Change from Automatic to Manual Export.
  3. Click on "Continue".
  4. Click on "Back".
  5. Change from Manual Export to Automatic Export.
  6. Click on "Continue".
  7. Complete the Wizard.
