• The error message "You cannot delete this project. Contact your administrator for assistance" is displayed when attempting to delete a project using the Project Control App – Enterprise Projects.
• The project is in "Created" status, with no cost or revenue planning, no associated budget, and no attached documents.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Project Control App – Enterprise Projects.
2. Select the project.
3. Attempt to delete the project by clicking the "Delete" button.
4. Observe the error message "You cannot delete this project. Contact your administrator for assistance."

There are postings in ACDOCA for the project, which prevent its deletion.

1. Verify if there are postings in ACDOCA for the project in the production environment.
2. If postings exist, note that the project cannot be deleted due to system restrictions.
3. Instead of deleting the project, update its status to "Closed" to finalize its lifecycle.
