3654674 - How to enable practice session in zoom for sap SuccessFactors Learning

The "Enable practice session" option in Zoom is not selected by default in the configuration. The configuration manual provided does not contain information on enabling this option by default. It is unclear whether this setting can be adjusted via the VLS configuration XML or must be configured directly on the Zoom platform.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

The current design does not allow the "Enable practice session" option to be configured or adjusted from the VLS configuration XML or the SAP SuccessFactors Learning system. The only configurable options available in the VLS settings are outlined in the help document LINK 

If this feature is required in future releases, submit an enhancement request by following the steps outlined in KBA 2090228, and Monitor the enhancement request for updates from the product management team.
