3654818 - “Get Feedback” and “Send to Previous Step” Options Grouped Under More Actions in Latest Performance Form Experience

In the Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms, it is observed that options such as “Get Feedback” and “Send to Previous Step” are no longer displayed as standalone buttons. Instead, these options are grouped under the “More Actions” menu.

Product version: SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 2505

1. Enable the Latest Experience for Performance Management Forms.
2. Open a performance form.
3. Observe that options like “Get Feedback” and “Send to Previous Step” are not displayed as separate buttons.
4. Click on “More Actions” to find these options grouped within the menu.

This is expected system behavior in the Latest Performance Form Experience.

In the updated user interface for performance forms, options such as “Get Feedback” and “Send to Previous Step” are intentionally grouped under the “More Actions” menu. This design change is part of the streamlined layout introduced in the latest experience.

There are currently no updates planned to revert this behavior to the legacy layout. Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the new UI structure as part of the transition to the latest experience
