3654820 - Option to unselect an answer to a question in a survey

Customer is requesting an option to unselect an answer select on a radio button to a question in a survey if is was selected by mistake.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Open a survey containing a multiple-choice question with yes/no options.
2. Select one of the options.
3. Attempt to unselect the chosen option.
4. Observe that the option cannot be unselected.

Standard behaviour of the system prevents unselecting an option once it has been selected.

If an option has been selected by mistake, cancel the survey and restart and ensure it is not selected again.  If the field is configured as mandatory then an option will need to be selected.
