3654841 - "Manage my goals" quick action tile not visible on Homepage during proxy

Symptom

"Manage my goals" quick action tile not visible on Homepage during proxy, when proxy rights exclude " Private Goals".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Setup Proxy rights to include Total Goal Management and Goal Management only, Private Goals should be excluded.
  2. Log in and proxy as the account holder.
  3. Observe that the Manage Goals quick action tile is not visible on the homepage during proxy.
  4. Navigate to Home menu > Manage Goals to confirm that access to the Manage Goals page is still possible.

Cause

The issue is caused by design limitations in the system logic related to proxy permissions before 1H 2025 release.

Resolution

In the upcoming 2H 2025 release,  the majority of the logic related to proxy has been modified. 

After the upgrade, the proxy module is simplified to Goal Management permissions only.
