Symptom

The TFN form is outdated in compliance forms

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

Resolution

There are 2 versions of the TFN and both are:

  1. They are both the correct forms, one is the self print TFN and one is the form that we have printed up.
  2. The Self-print TFN (link to the form) would be the one you have in SAP, and the one from ATO.gov.au (link to the form) is the one an employee would download and complete as a paper form if they were not using your system generated one.

We from support do not control version updates. SAP will update the forms when they are notified to do so.
