3654876 - Group condition type cannot be updated successfully in partially invoiced sales order after using update button in item level

Symptom

Condition record has been changed via VK12 and it is expected new condition rate reflected into existing sales order. However, even using update button in sales order item level, after saving the sales order, the old condition rate remains and new one is not reflected.
