3654931 - Error displayed on dynamic tiles in SAP Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

  • When accessing SAP Fiori Launchpad, multiple tiles display the word "Error" at the bottom.
  • Some tiles launch successfully despite showing "Error", while others fail to execute.
  • Console logs indicate the following error: "Failed to update data via service URL: /sap/opu/odata/sap/<service name>/?$format=xml. Was not able to parse response of dynamic tile request - sap.ushell.components.tiles.applauncherdynamic.DynamicTile".
