3654989 - Planned delivery time displayed as zero in some PRs

Symptom

The first PR displays planned delivery time based on material master or purchasing info record but other PRs display planned delivery time as Zero.
This behavior occurs when overlapping indicator is set in the lot size procedure and fixed lot size or period lot size is assigned for material.
