3655009 - Blank screen encountered when opening Work Zone in Microsoft Edge with versions earlier than 115

Symptom

  • Users are unable to access the work zone in the edge browser with Chromium versions below 115.
  • The screen remains blank, while the same link works correctly in Google Chrome and newer versions of the edge browser.
  • Console error observed: "TypeError: Promise.withResolvers is not a function".
