3655018 - Error 'For object WBS element postings are not possible, project has the status closed' raised when running revenue recognition

When running revenue recognition, there's error raised: "For object WBS element XX postings are not possible, project has the status closed"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

The revenue recognition job always read all data at the beginning. The job excludes all WBS elements with the status 'Created' or 'Closed'. 
Then the job shall process all postings for the remaining WBS elements.

The error should be caused by the improper sequence of project closure.
That project is selected for revenue recognition run, then set it to 'Closed' status when running the revenue recognition.

This should be avoided if user set the project to 'closed' status first, then perform the revenue recognition.
