3655021 - Incorrect pack levels in hierarchy after parallel packing and unpacking events causing incomplete SCN

Symptom

  • After a series of packing and auto-unpacking events, the resulting hierarchy is assigned incorrect pack levels.
  • The US DSCSA SCN triggered to trading partners for affected pallets does not contain the full required sequence of packing events, leading to data incompliance.
  • An incorrect pack level assigned to a child unit (1 instead of 2).
