Symptom

  • Unable to view the SI Payment Details tab within the "Maintain Business Partner" application.
  • SI-related tabs, including specific authorization tabs, are missing.

Environment

S/4 HANA Public Cloud Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the "Maintain Business Partner" application.
  2. Select the relevant Business Partner.
  3. Create a role with "Counterparty".
  4. Save the changes.
  5. Observe that the SI Payment Details and related tabs are not visible.

Cause

The SI Payment Details & related tabs are located within the Company Code data of the Business Partner.

Resolution

  1. Open the "Maintain Business Partner" application.
  2. Select the Business Partner with ID XXXX.
  3. Navigate to the role "Counterparty".
  4. Access the "Company Code" section.
  5. Verify that the SI Payment Details and related tabs are now visible.
