3655105 - Process Chain Failure in DSO Activation

After Source System S4HANA upgraded and migrated to RISE, the Process Chains are failing in DSO Activation process with error "Function ODQ_TQ_CHECK_FRAMEWORK cannot be accessed (classified same system and client and user, called external)."  on BW system side and on source systems side dump " RFC_SCOPE_VIOLATION " occurs:
