3655154 - Repost revenue postings not relevant for Resource-Related Intercompany Billing (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition)

When the Reassign Costs and Revenues app is used to repost revenues, the New Resource-Related Intercompany Billing solution considers such (revenue) postings during Billing Document Request (BDR) creation.

• The New Resource-Related Intercompany Billing solution creates Billing Document Requests (BDRs) with negative amounts because it considers reposting of revenues. 
• Postings having General Ledger account with cost element category value 11 (revenues) or 12 (sales deduction) will now be restricted and will no longer be supported.

• The New Resource-Related Intercompany Billing solution is not to be used for reposting of revenues. 
• The New Resource-Related Intercompany Billing solution will no longer consider postings having General Ledger account with cost element category value 11 (revenues) or 12 (sales deduction).
