3655156 - Mandatory fields are skipped during Additional Data Collection - Onboarding

Fields in the additional data collection are being skipped by the onboardee.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

1. Login as onboardee.
2. Attempt to enter no values into fields in the Additional Data Collection step.
3. Observe that the system allows the onboarding process to complete without requiring the fields to be filled.

Required status was set to "no" for the relevant fields in the custom object.

1. Open the custom object in Admin Center > Configure Object Definition.
2. Go to the affected field.
3. Set the "Required" status for the relevant fields to "yes".
4. Save the changes and test the onboarding process to ensure that the mandatory fields cannot be skipped.
