3655202 - Supplier/Vendor is not stored into the created notification via module QM05_CREATE_NOTIFICATION

Symptom

User is creating a quality notification by executing the function module QM05_CREATE_NOTIFICATION. The parameter I_NOTIFICATION-LIFNUM contains the supplier / vendor. However, when the notification is created successfully, the supplier is missing (QMEL-LIFNUM is empty).
