Is it possible to set the Payout amount in hours and minutes (HH:MM) instead of decimals in Time Account Payout Object?

1) Go to Employe's Time Information
2) Go to Account Payout tab
3) See the posting amount in Hours and Minutes format
4) Go to Manage data
5) Search for the Time Account Payout
6) See the Quantity field showing the values in Decimals

Standard system behavior.

At the moment, it’s not feasible to set the payout amount in HH:MM format within the Time Account Payout Object.

The system currently only supports decimal values for processing payouts, primarily to avoid any rounding discrepancies in the backend.

• Create Payout UI: Only HH:MM format is supported.
• Time Account Payout Object: Only decimal values are supported.
• Payroll Processing: Decimals are the standard format for all payout calculations. 

In Administer Time, by default, the system converts decimal values to the HH:MM format for better readability in the UI.
